House in Elgava

A house in the classic style in Jelgava region. The following types of construction work were carried out: the excavation of the pit, the  concreting of the strip foundation, the  laying of walls from aerated concrete blocks with the thickness of 300 mm, the concreting of the floor, the  installation of the roof structure, the  installation of metal structures for the terrace. As a roof covering, we used Monier tiles, which are currently one of the best materials for covering pitched roofs. Despite its significant weight, it does not lose its properties and does not change color even after 30 years.
